Transportation
If you are flying to Tucson and not renting a car, you may contact Jackie Smith at jackiesmithaz@aol.com to arrange for transportation from the airport to your hotel. Transportation from the hotel to the church will be provided for those needing rides. If you have a car available to assist, please mark your registration form.
Travel Scholarships
The SWC will reimburse up to $125 of your travel costs-either gas (with receipts), mileage @ $.14/mile, or air fare (with receipt). An Expense Reimbursement Request form will be in your Annual Meeting packet to use to document the final amount.
Contact the Conference office if you have any transportation issues.
If flying, you might want to book your flights as soon as possible to get the best fare.
